Set up a cleaner feedback home.

Quick notes for setting up feedback boards, roadmap, changelog, and imports.

Start with a board

Create a public or private board for feature requests. Keep the categories simple at the start: feedback, bugs, integrations, and admin requests are usually enough.

Import existing requests

Bring early feedback in with a CSV import. Map each row to a title, description, customer, company, status, tags, and vote count when available.

Close the loop

Move accepted work onto the roadmap, publish shipped work in the changelog, and notify the users attached to each request.
